Luke was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, explaining every step clearly and answering all of my questions. He took his time to ensure the placement was perfect and made sure I was totally comfortable before proceeding.
The piercing itself was quick — just a tiny pinch! I appreciated how calm and gentle he was throughout the process. He also gave me clear, easy-to-follow aftercare instructions to make sure it heals beautifully.
Definitely will be going again to get my seconds done!
